We undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of this London penthouse, situated just off the prestigious Oxford Street. This project was a design and build project, encompassing a complete refurbishment. We enhanced floor layouts, updated all hard finishes, while preserving the cherished oak wood panelling, which held significant sentimental value for our client. Special features included a new decorative lighting details, stunning real marble primary bathroom and fabric wall panels throughout the apartment, featuring hand-painted floral designs in key rooms painted by well-known local artist Diane Hill.

The brief for Fairmile Lane was to create a stunning home, fit for entertaining guests but equally suited to young family life. The result is a combination of elegant lines, bold features and a functional use of space complementing the flow of a busy home. Made for those times you want to impress, the entertaining space is open plan allowing hosts and guests to seamlessly interact, while the 4m high crystal chandelier provides the ultimate arrival moment. This space then leads to the double volume kitchen and living area which is the open, bright and airy hub of the home.

This project, a meticulous design and build undertaking, involved a façade retention remodelling of this stunning house located in the prestigious Dulwich Village. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the renovation showcases a captivating sweeping staircase, giving the residence the new identity it so deserved.

Classical but contemporary

Modern amenities and high-end finishes are integrated throughout, with spacious bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, open-plan living areas, custom millwork, and elegant lighting. The kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances and bespoke cabinetry.

Beautifully landscaped gardens provide a serene escape, blending classic architectural elements with contemporary design to retain historical charm while offering modern conveniences. This project revitalised and enhanced the home’s value and appeal.

In this project, we revitalised an underutilised space within London’s iconic County Hall building, transforming it into a unique restaurant inspired by classical string guitar music, aptly named ‘Strings.’ The comprehensive transformation included the creation of a new bar area and a fully fitted working kitchen, completely revitalising the space.

Partnering with leading developer Galliard Homes, we were tasked with outfitting one of their show apartments at the exciting new TCRW SOHO development.

A tranquil sanctuary in the heart of Soho

Situated at the intersection of Oxford Street and the historic Dean Street, this landmark project offers exceptionally luxurious homes in the heart of the West End. Combining vision and craftsmanship, we conceptualised individually tailored interiors for TCRW SOHO, integrating numerous high-end custom-made pieces into our unique yet practical design for the two bedroom 736 sq ft apartment. Our goal was to create a tranquil sanctuary amidst the vibrant energy of Soho, providing our client with a comprehensive turnkey solution for the FF&E package.

Elegance and luxury redefined

We incorporated some additional special features to the apartment which included new decorative lighting details, stunning large scale marble to the Primary En-suite and updated fabric wall panels throughout which featured hand-painted floral designs by the well known artist Diane Hill. The new bespoke joinery was complimented with bespoke furnishing and styling provided by the team to complete the look.
